We’re delighted to be featured in The New Indian Express in a piece by Adithi Reena Ajith on our James Joyce Immersive programme, presented by Kaivalya Plays in collaboration with the Embassy of Ireland in India.
Over the past year, we’ve explored the life and work of James Joyce through immersive dramatized readings, workshops, school outreach programmes, exhibitions, and public events across Delhi. Through stories from Dubliners, we’ve been asking how literature can be experienced not just through reading, but through performance, conversation, and shared encounter.
Thank you to Adithi for the thoughtful article, and to everyone who has been part of this journey.
As we approach Bloomsday 2026, we’re looking forward to sharing the culmination of the programme with performances of Counterparts, Eveline, and Araby, alongside workshops, literary quizzes, school events, and the launch of Joycewale.
