Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for making a purchase with Kaivalya Plays.

OVERVIEW

We do not offer any refunds on tickets purchased to shows, performances, exhibitions and installations, both happening online or in-person.

​

We offer refunds on tickets purchased to workshops, courses and training sessions, both happening online or in-person, on the following basis:

• Cancellation 30 to 7 days before the start date: 100% amount refunded excluding amount paid to ticketing partner for processing of fees

• Cancellation within 7 to 2 days before the start date: 50% amount refunded excluding amount paid to ticketing partner for processing of fees

• Cancellation within 48 hours of the start date: No amount refunded.

REFUND

After you have initiated a request for refund, we will process the same within 5-7 working days. There might be a delay in receiving the amount on your end due to other technical issues. Normally the refund will go back to the original payment method but if you wish to receive a bank transfer, please write to us on contact@kaivalyaplays.org with your account number, registered name and IFSC / SWIFT code.

TRANSFER

We are happy to carry forward your registration to another workshop, course or training session or transfer on your ticket to a friend. Write us an email on contact@kaivalyaplays.org for the same.
